    Academic Background

    Dr Denyszyn is an expert in igneous petrology, geochemistry, and radio-isotopic geochronology with more than 10 years of experience in these subjects. He has conducted fieldwork around the world supporting research into large igneous provinces, mass extinctions, meteorite impacts, ore deposits, and magma transport in the Earth's crust. He has published extensively in leading journals, served as a journal editor, and is an active reviewer. Dr Denyszyn has taught and supervised students at all levels, and is a sought-after lecturer at conferences. He has a sound fundamental knowledge of "classical" geology, and he maintains active research in geochronology and isotope geochemistry.

    Publishing History

    Dr Denyszyn has published more than 40 peer-reviewed journal articles, more than 55 abstracts from professional meetings, a chapter in a Royal Society of Chemistry textbook on analytical methods in geoscience, and multiple reports for government and industry. Dr Denyszyn joined Edanz Group as an editor in 2020.
