On 25-26 January 2016, Dr Trevor Lane and Dr Julian Tang were invited to Gunma University to hold two interactive workshops for 80 postgraduate students and early-career researchers in medicine and in science and technology.

On 9-10 January 2016, three members of the Edanz Education and Engagement Team led an interactive research communication workshop for 25 graduate students enrolled in the Molecular Device Leading Program of Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan.

Early-career researchers and new graduate students at Kumamoto University, Japan, learned how to prepare and submit research reports for publication in peer-reviewed journals during a day of seminars from Edanz Group on 18 December 2015.

At the request of Nagasaki University, Edanz Group held two weekend writing workshops for a total of 40 professors of various disciplines at intermediate-to-advanced career level.

On 28-29 November 2015, Dr Trevor Lane and Dr Andrew Jackson helped professoriate staff in the natural sciences (including physics, chemistry, and engineering) to improve their research manuscripts for submission to indexed international academic journals.

On 11 December 2015, Edanz Group delivered a hands-on manuscript writing workshop for 15 early-career researchers and professors in the Ito campus of Kyushu University, Fukuoka, Japan.

On 16-21 November 2015, Dr Trevor Lane, Dr Andrew Jackson, and Dr Ruth Tunn led a series of Edanz Author Success Workshops at Universiti Brunei Darussalam. Titled Effectively Communicating Your Research, the interactive workshops were tailor-made for two groups: one in science, technology, and medicine, and one in the humanities and social sciences.
